Three things behind every plan

Every client starts somewhere different. These run through all of my coaching.

  • Psychology of habits

Knowing what to do is only part of the challenge. Studying towards an MSc in Psychology helps me support you to spot unhelpful patterns and build confidence.

    • Habits
    • Motivation
    • Confidence
  • GLP-1 support

Over two years supporting people using GLP-1 medications with nutrition, keeping muscle and long term habits. Medication decisions stay with your prescribing clinician.

  • Works with your life

Personalised, evidence based guidance and goals we set together. No restrictive rules or unrealistic expectations, and the plan adapts as life changes.

How I work

Nutrition, mindset, sleep, stress and exercise all affect each other. We look at the full picture, agree one priority and set actions at a pace you can manage. Then we review what is working and adjust.

If it helps, I can give written summaries, fewer priorities or smaller steps. We work that out together, including how to tweak habits so they work with you.

Coaching does not replace medical treatment or therapy. I am not a psychologist.
